Put booking right where your guests are
You can connect the Bukio reservation form to your own online presence in several ways – from a link to an embeddable widget and a WordPress plugin.
Direct link
The simplest option: share your reservation form's unique link on your website, social media or via a QR code. No coding required.
Embeddable widget
Embed the reservation form directly into your website with a simple snippet. The widget is responsive and adapts to your site's look.
Script embed
With a short script snippet, the booking button or form can be placed anywhere in your own HTML, with full control over the presentation.
WordPress plugin
On WordPress, the Bukio plugin lets you insert the reservation form in a few clicks, with no coding.
Customizable appearance
The look of the embedded booking interface (colors, accent, layout) can be matched to the restaurant's branding, so booking becomes a natural part of your website. You can configure it on the Integration page of the admin interface, with a live preview.
Live preview while you configure
In the admin interface you see in real time how the widget appears as you change the settings. This way you can make sure everything is in place before publishing.
Data processing when embedding
Reservation data received through the embedded form is subject to the same rules as on the Bukio platform. For reservation data, the restaurant is the data controller and Bukio is the data processor. If you connect an external analytics or marketing tool (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to your booking page, managing the cookie banner and consent is your responsibility.
